To get started, we require admin access to the site, hosting & staging access, and DNS information for SMTP records. We also need access to Google Analytics or Tag Manager for reporting purposes. Additionally, we ask for acceptance of our onboarding checklist.

Bundled hours include small site tasks such as content edits, CSS tweaks, plugin configuration, redirects or 404 fixes, and form adjustments. Minor performance, SEO, or meta updates, as well as light bug fixes, are also included.

For larger tasks, we will provide a quote, or you can use extra time blocks (5 hours for $400).

Further, unused hours do not roll over, as the time resets monthly to ensure that sites are consistently maintained.

The monthly website care plan does not include new features, redesigns, custom plugin development, full marketing operations, copywriting, or paid mail or CDN fees.

For larger items, we will provide a quote, or you can utilize extra time blocks (5 hours for $400).

Yes, the care plan can be customized; you can add features like an Activity Log, more image credits to lower tiers, extra time blocks, or even a Cloudflare Enterprise setup.

We will tailor the plan to your needs and note any changes in your Statement of Work (SOW).

We perform all backups off-site incrementally to minimize server load.

• The Essentials plan includes daily backups with a 30-day retention period.
• The Pro plan features backups every 12 hours with a 90-day retention.
• The Business plan offers backups every 6 hours with 180-day retention.
• The VIP plan offers hourly or real-time backups for high-volume WooCommerce sites with a 365-day retention period.

  Yes, we will restore your site immediately from our backups if an issue occurs. For risky changes, we always use staging first for plans at the Pro level and above.

“Safe updates” involve taking a snapshot or backup, updating the website in a controlled order, running quick checks, and rolling back if any issues are detected.

We offer weekly updates for all plans. Plus, with the VIP plan, you get after-hours change windows upon request.

The Pro plan includes a baseline FastPixel configuration with caching, minifying, Critical CSS, and CDN support for quick wins.

The Business plan includes advanced tuning, such as a preload or warm-up schedule and route exclusions.

The VIP plan features controlled A/B caching only on non-transactional pages.

*We never cache cart, checkout, my-account pages, logged-in dashboards, or POST/nonce endpoints. Plus, we perform end-to-end testing on WooCommerce orders.

• Essential: Only 1 task per month

• Pro: 1 task at a time, with a maximum of 5 changes per month
• Business Plan: 1 task at a time, with no cap on the number of changes a client can request
• VIP: We handle as many concurrent tasks as needed.

We prefer using host-provided staging for the best parity. If it is unavailable, we provision a parity VPS that closely matches your PHP, MySQL, and server stack. VIP clients can request after-hours deployment.

You can open tickets via email or through the client portal. VIP clients also have access to a dedicated Slack channel for this purpose.

Yes, we support all hosts; however, some features, such as staging parity and resource alerts, depend on the host’s capabilities. We do our best or recommend alternatives if necessary.

Yes, we support multisite and multiple sites for the same client, but each site requires its own plan. Additional sites for the same client receive a 15% discount at the same tier. 

Support for multisite maintenance depends on the technologies and plugins/themes used across all sites, as compatibility issues could pose security risks. Our expert team will assess the websites before confirming multisite maintenance.

We offer month-to-month plans, allowing you to upgrade or downgrade at any time. Cancellations are effective at the end of the paid period.

We quickly quarantine and restore affected sites. Cleanup beyond routine hardening is covered by any remaining hours or billed as a security incident, either at a flat rate or as an estimated cost. VIP clients receive priority handling.
