Problem Statement

As a digital marketing product firm, AimLogic had to scale up its website image and functionality so that users could easily navigate and understand its services. As forward-thinking as they were, they recognized the need to build a website that matched their ambition. 

They wanted more than just a routine update; they needed a site that truly reflected their innovative spirit and made life easier for their clients. So, they came to us for a Custom UI project, starting with a design in Figma and bringing it to life through WordPress.

Upon further discussion, they also wanted to set up the functionality, making it simple for users to schedule demo calls. This new functionality would help them connect with clients and stand out in the competitive marketing space.

So, we had two things to take over: the design and integration of new functionality into the match client’s website vision.

Our Solution 

When AimLogic approached us, they had a clear vision: They needed a website makeover that showcased their cutting-edge digital marketing services and made it incredibly easy for users to schedule demo calls. 

Over the span of two months, we transformed Aimlogic’s website from a design concept in Figma to a fully functional WordPress site. The standout feature was the Calendly integration, which made scheduling demo calls straightforward and hassle-free.

Getting to Know Aimlogic

To kick off the project, we started by analyzing the client’s needs. We prioritize communication and understanding at Seahawk to achieve 100% transparent results. With detailed discussions with their team, we gathered insights about their brand, target audience, and specific website requirements. This step was especially important to ensure we were on the same page and could deliver exactly what they envisioned. 

Crafting the Design in Figma

With a solid grasp of their needs, our design team started to work on Figma. We created a custom UI that was visually striking and user-friendly. Our goal was to design a website that captured Aimlogic’s innovative spirit and made it easy for visitors to find what they needed quickly.

Developing on Staging

Once Aimlogic approves the design, we will set up a staging environment to start the development process. This is where the design came to life. We built out the homepage exactly as approved and then moved on to developing the subpages, ensuring everything stayed consistent and cohesive.

Integrating Scheduling Functionality

One major focus of the client was to make it simple and easier for clients to schedule dmeo calls via website. We implemented a Calendly booking feature directly on the website. This integration allowed potential clients to book demo calls easily, enhancing the user experience and streamlining the scheduling process. 

Fine-tuning and Quality Assurance

After developing the site on the staging environment, we waited for Aimlogic’s final approval. Once we got the green light, we ran extensive quality assurance checks. We tested the site across various devices and browsers to ensure it performed flawlessly, catching and fixing any issues before the official launch.

Launching the Site

Finally, once everything was tested and approved, we moved the website to the live server. The team coordinated with Aimlogic to get the necessary server details and managed the transition smoothly. After the launch, we continued to monitor the site to ensure it was running smoothly and addressed any post-launch issues promptly.
